  1. Application Form for Double Major Studies (for students of this university).
  2. An official Chinese transcript of all academic years (including class ranking), along with proof of completion of the following courses with a minimum score of 70:
    • General Psychology (2 credits)
    • Anatomy (2 credits)
    • Human Development and Practicum (2 credits)
    • Physiology (3 credits)
    • Anatomy Laboratory (1 credit)
  3. Autobiography.
  4. Study Plan.
  5. Other supporting documents beneficial to the application.
  6. Self-introduction video.
  1. Applicants must rank within the top 50% (inclusive) of their original class based on academic performance in the semester prior to application.
  2. To meet the eligibility requirements for the national examination for Registered Nurses, students applying for a double major in this department must complete 65 credits of departmental core courses and 6 credits of departmental elective courses, totaling 71 credits, in order to qualify for the national examination.
  3. Off-campus internships in this department include seven major areas: Fundamental Nursing, Adult Nursing, Maternal Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, and Comprehensive Clinical Nursing. Students are required to participate in off-campus internships arranged by the department during the semester or during winter/summer breaks, in accordance with the department’s regulations for off-campus internships.
