An official Chinese transcript of all academic years (including class ranking), along with proof of completion of the following courses with a minimum score of 70:
- General Psychology (2 credits)
- Anatomy (2 credits)
- Human Development and Practicum (2 credits)
- Physiology (3 credits)
- Anatomy Laboratory (1 credit)
- Autobiography.

- Other supporting documents beneficial to the application.

- Applicants must rank within the top 50% (inclusive) of their original class based on academic performance in the semester prior to application.
- To meet the eligibility requirements for the national examination for Registered Nurses, students applying for a double major in this department must complete 65 credits of departmental core courses and 6 credits of departmental elective courses, totaling 71 credits, in order to qualify for the national examination.
- Off-campus internships in this department include seven major areas: Fundamental Nursing, Adult Nursing, Maternal Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, and Comprehensive Clinical Nursing. Students are required to participate in off-campus internships arranged by the department during the semester or during winter/summer breaks, in accordance with the department’s regulations for off-campus internships.
